You will work at Transporeon's headquarters in Krakow in a highly motivated team in the Customer Care department, within the Customer Experience department. You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing solutions by customer request and/or in case our software functionalities need a fix. You will use your knowledge, both technical and related to customer technical setups to find the best suitable solution for customers (shippers, retailers, suppliers, carriers). In their activities, the Customer.

  • Providing support for technical inquiries.
  • Analysing behaviour of technical systems and steer internal effort to resolve issues that are occurring for customers.
  • Configuring standard components for existing customers.
  • Monitoring performance of TRANSPOREON platform and react on relevant incidents.
  • Checking completeness of the system documentation and ensure it is constantly updated.

Your Tasks:

  • Receiving technical support requests from other departments via tickets and provide immediate solutions, or deeper technical analysis.
  • This includes technical processes questions, system failures, software bugs, performance issues based on appropriate service level.
  • Monitoring performance of TRANSPOREON platform and react on relevant incidents
  • Performing minor enhancements, or configuration changes, of existing customer’s system configuration.
  • Delegating cases where special expertise is required via tickets to responsible teams, monitor and demand requested solutions.
