As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and on-time delivery of Transporeon solutions. You will be the central contact person regarding technical topics during the project design, implementation and test phases. Working closely and collaboratively with internal departments and customers you will accompany them in the design and implementation of ‘fit for purpose’ solutions. With equal focus on peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, developing, and implementing technical assets you will ensure that all solutions are at the forefront of best practice and fully sustainable.

  • Participation in solution design workshops, analysis and understanding customer’s needs. Leverage Transporeon modules, products and best practices to design solutions in line with the identified customer requirements.
  • Support of the Project Manager during project plan creation and maintenance as well as regular on all customer communications regarding the solution. Contribute to the development of project methodology deliverables like system specifications, technical and support documentation.
  • Configuration and on time delivery of solutions and environments in line with system specifications and project timelines. Liaison with Transporeon Product Management, Product experts, Development and Testing teams in delivery of the solution. Ensure smooth transition to support teams (Transporeon Customer Care).
  • Coordination of technical resources and support of project team during customer testing (error analysis and solutions design, contributing to internal test strategy/test plans), Identify improvements in processes, knowledge gaps, products, communication, and efficiency.
