Your role at Transporeon

You will work at Transporeon's office in Krakow in a highly motivated team of back-end Java software developers to advance our Transporeon platform, the team and yourself. As part of the team you will develop our modern web applications using Java, Camel & Spring.

We ask you for your ideas and your experience. You’ll closely cooperate with our Quality Assurance, Technical Support and Professional Services teams to develop joint concepts which you will then implement. In doing this, you will act as an advisor and use your experience to assist your colleagues. You'll accompany features from the concept to operation on our live systems. Since we operate our platform ourselves, each development team contributes its part to stable operation in a project-oriented work very close to customer business.

You’ll be responsible for

Developing customer setups in close collaboration with Prodessional Services.
Creating unit and integration tests wherever they are needed in order to ensure the stability and availability of the customers' systems.
Deploying new functionalites to operation on our productive systems.
Contribution of knowledge and experience to the continuous development and improvement of our platform and customers.
Cooperation with our Quality Assurance, Technical Support and Professional Services teams to develop joint concepts which you will then implement
Debugging and resolving technical issues.
Continually engaging in professional development.
In-house 3rd level support for our Customer Technology and Professional Service department.
Creation of effort estimations, based on the knowledge of our applications and platform.
