You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing solutions by customer request and/or in case our software functionalities need a fix.

You will use your knowledge, both technical and related to customer technical setups to find the best suitable solution for customers (shippers, retailers, suppliers & carriers).

You will work at Transporeon's office in Krakow in a highly motivated team in the Customer Technology department, within the Customer Experience department. You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing solutions by customer request and/or in case our software functionalities need a fix. You will use your knowledge, both technical and related to customer technical setups to find the best suitable solution for customers (shippers, retailers, suppliers & carriers).

  • Providing support for technical inquiries.
  • Analysing behaviour of technical systems and steer internal effort to resolve issues that are occurring for customers.
  • Configuring standard components for existing customers.
  • Monitoring performance of TRANSPOREON platform and react on relevant incidents.
  • Checking completeness of the system documentation and ensure it is constantly updated.
  • Receiving technical support requests from other departments via tickets and provide immediate solutions, or deeper technical analysis. This includes technical processes questions, system failures, software bugs, performance issues based on appropriate service level.
  • Performing minor enhancements, or configuration changes, of existing customer’s system configuration.
  • Delegating cases where special expertise is required via tickets to responsible teams, monitor and demand requested solutions.
